Terminal Las Palmas is an undertaking of Molca S.A., a company emerging from Molino Cañuelas SACIFIA and Compañía Argentina de Granos S.A. (Cagsa). Molino Cañuelas produces and sells food and is the main wheat flour exporter in Argentina. Compañía Argentina de Granos is one of the major grain seed collecting companies in the country. Both companies, aware of the strategic importance of having their own port for the shipping of their goods, supported the Terminal Las Palmas project from the start.

Terminal Las Palmas is managed by a professional Management team appointed by the Board, who work with a customer oriented decision-making management system based on measuring the performance of critical business processes and guided by a series of defined management principles.
